In late summer of ’23 I started building kitesurf boards. In this proffession i can combine my work and private passion. I find it a sublime combination of all the skills I achieved in the last 25 years. Working on the boards I use tools, skills and knowledge from my times as a luthier, as a product designer, a craftsman and as a kitesurfer. I design, draw and program. I use manual and precision power tools like cnc routers, lasercutters and plotters. I cast, mould and laminate. And when the product is finished I test the boards, photograph, expose and sell. It is all coming together!

Siepermann Boards designs and produces beautiful handmade wooden custom high-end kitesurf boards. We use only the best materials and production techniques. We developed a unique way of laminating and we are very flexible in shapes, sizes, materials and designs. Instead of fancy inkprints on thick heavy toplayers we use extraordinairy, thin woodveneers for decorative patterns. That is why all boards are superlight, unique, handsigned pieces of art and craftmanship. We already have a few beuatiful patterns to choose from and we will have more in the near future. Of course we can always do custom designs for you also. Just ask us for the possibillities.

The ‘Cruzer One’ is a all-round board for the kitesurfer who doesn't want to make concessions and loves to cruise, jump and play in the water. It is carved out of the best Paulownia wood and is laminated with a mixture of Carbon and glassfibre. On top of this we use beautiful decorative patterns of exclusive wooden veneers from all over the world.

The Cruzer One has amazing upwind abilities without losing speed and playfulness. It has enough flex in the tips to conquer chop but a hard enough edge for popping. The board has a slightly higher 3-stage rockerline than most other boards, making it suprisingly playful and viable but still quite maneuverable.

The Cruzer One is the lightest wooden board on the market. It weighs up to 1/3 less than most other boards, only around 2000 grams! This is because we choose the lightest materials with the highest quality available. The shape of the board is a combination of boards I used to ride myself. Though I added a wishlist of characteristics I wanted the board to have. It is the best of all worlds! See down here a short video about the complex production proces.

We also design the fins and handles. In the near future we will also design and produce footstraps. But good things take time... We do not want to rush the proces and we will continue to grow slowly. But of course we already have some boards in stock for testing and for selling.
