After building my own workshop in a medival basemanet a few years ago, i am sometimes asked to do the same for others. I do not always have the time and energy but when my own landlord asked me to renovate an adjacent basement i couldn't resist.

I sometimes like working as a builder doing more rough work. It can be very rewarding and the proces is more forgiving than working on furniture. Besides that, all kind of other skills are necessary like to work with water, tiles, concrete and electricity. And i love to do all kind of different jobs.

There are more plans for this space but for now this is the result.
