The slate buffet is the first piece within a project of using exterior, architectural materials for interior items. In this first example, beautiful gray slatestone is used as a tile to cover a firm, black, wooden box. The clever 45 degrees solution in the doors make it possible to let the doors sink into the body completely. And this in combination with black automatic hinges and a push-to-open system. An interesting but quite dusty project.
