Design embraces art and craftmanship embraces technology. The flowertable is a unique cross-over project between high-tech and low-tech. Any 2d work can be translated into a digital drawing, then cut out roughly by hand and later finished precisely by a computer navigated machine.

The flexible kit glues the parts together and allows the wood to expand and shrink independently without cracking. The result is a beautiful pattern of colours and grains of various kinds of woods.
